Join us this summer for 90 minutes of Hatha Yoga in the Moonrise Cabana. Freedom movement along with active and passive poses allow the muscles to lengthen resulting in more elastic, pliable tissues that helps increase flexibility, range of motion relieving muscle tension from the daily stressors of our lives. Learning to relax is at the heart of living well. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated as we unwind with the sounds of nature around us.
