MUSICIANS

Musicians wishing to apply should send their Press CD/ promo kits to the address above by February 15. If you have not heard from us by March 5, we regret that we were unable to include you this year. Unfortunately, we cannot book all the performers we would like to present. We urge performers to keep us informed by applying for the next festival - and by sending change of address/phone number/agent, current releases, press clipping, etc. Also, due to our limited budget and time constraints, we regret that we are unable to respond to all correspondence we receive, or to return all long-distance phone calls.

VOLUNTEERS

Our excellent staff of volunteers is the key ingredient to the continued success of our festivals. Whether helping in the children's program, selling tickets, recycling, or working behind the scenes, the positive attitude, attention to detail and problem solving abilities of our staff keeps the festival running smoothly.
Most volunteer positions require a 4-hour shift for 4 days of the festival (16 hours total), or two full days (16 hours) doing setup or teardown, in exchange for a full festival pass and a volunteer T-shirt.

The vast majority of volunteers return to work each new festival and renew old acquaintances. However, openings do occur, so if you are interested in becoming a member of our festival staff please call (204) 268-2814 or e-mail the office for information .

Be certain to let us know the areas you have experience in, and the days you are available. We will review your application and contact you if we have an opening.

ARTISANS

Local handmade arts are welcome as well as imported items. In your submission please include:

Photos of your wares including one showing your booth set up. Photos will not be returned.

A list of items you sell and their prices.

A list of other events you have participated in and references we can contact.

Artisans are set up in the festival area, where you can enjoy the music too, in a partially shaded outdoor location and adjacent to the concession area. These areas are very near each other. 12X12 is the approximate space for display.

No walk-ups or day of show registration will be accepted.
